Local Delivery in Haiti
For orders where both the buyer and seller are in Haiti, our merchants offer highly flexible local logistics to ensure you get your items safely. This includes home delivery, expedited delivery, and bus delivery for inter-departmental transport. Some merchants may require a small upfront deposit for Cash on Delivery (COD).
International Shipping
For orders shipped to the US or Canada, our merchants use major national carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS) to ensure reliable and trackable delivery. If you're buying from another country, shipping fees are calculated live at checkout based on package weight and dimensions. Please note that buyers are responsible for any international import customs or duties.
Buyer Protection & Escrow
Every transaction on Seprina is protected by our Escrow System. Funds are held securely for 7 days after shipping. If your package doesn't arrive as expected, simply open a dispute and we'll ensure you get a refund or resolution.
Processing Times
It generally takes sellers 1-3 business days to prepare and package your order before handing it over to the carrier.
Tracking Your Order
Once the seller ships your package, you will receive a shipping notification. You can view tracking updates and estimated delivery dates directly in your Account Order History.
